Membership Terms
Membership Overview
By enrolling in Club Haven, you authorize a recurring monthly charge to the credit card on file. Your Monthly Membership Charge is based on 15% off the current price of the service(s) selected (Hair Removal & Airbrush Tanning Memberships), or a flat fee of $100/month (MedSpa Membership) and will automatically adjust if pricing changes.
Each billing cycle, your card will be charged and your Beach Haven balance will be credited with the corresponding dollar amount. This balance can be used toward your selected service(s) and other eligible services or retail based on your Membership Tier.
Membership charges are based on the current pricing of services at the time the appointment occurs, not at the time of enrollment, and are subject to price updates.
⭐ Membership Tiers & Perks
Your Membership Tier is automatically determined by your monthly membership charge (the amount you pay each month).
Base Tier — Monthly Payment Under $40
- 15% off your selected membership service(s)
- Membership balance added to your account monthly
- Member-only promotions
- $5 Birthday Bonus added to your account
- Monthly balance carries over if unused
Premium Tier — Monthly Payment $40–$99.99
Includes everything in Base Tier, plus:
- 10% off all other spa + medspa services
- Equivalent to $1.30 off each toxin unit • $75 off each full filler syringe
- 10% off retail products
- Priority scheduling
- Premium-only promotions
- Premium Birthday Gift
VIP Tier — Monthly Payment $100+
Includes everything in Premium Tier, plus:
- $2 off each toxin unit
- $100 off each full filler syringe
- $50 off any single VI Peel (package pricing excluded)
- Early access to events + promotions
- VIP-only perks
- Ability to bank balances toward larger services
- VIP Birthday Gift
⭐ Booking & Checkout Process
Appointments may be booked online, over the phone, or in person.
At checkout:
- Your selected membership service(s) will reflect a 15% discount
- Your Beach Haven Balance is used towards your service(s)
- If using your membership balance toward non-membership services, the discount applied will match your tier (5%, 10%, or VIP perks).
- Membership perks cannot be combined with other offers or specials; the highest applicable discount will always apply.
⭐ Membership Billing
Your Monthly Membership Charge:
- Is calculated as 15% off the full-price of the selected service(s) or $100/month for MedSpa members
- Is automatically charged each month on your chosen billing date
- May appear as multiple transactions if enrolled in more than one membership
- Will continue until cancelled with proper notice
A minimum of three (3) monthly payments is required before pausing or canceling.
Billing changes (cancellation or pause) require at least 7 days' notice prior to your next billing date.
All membership charges are absolutely non-refundable.
⭐ Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in:
- 50% of the full-price service fee charged to your card on file
After 3 no-call/no-shows, your membership will be cancelled, and your balance must be paid before future booking.
Beach Haven reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for repeated policy violations.
⭐ Membership Policies
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions (loyalty cards, add-ons, M-Card Monday, seasonal specials, etc.).
- All membership charges are non-refundable.
- If you visit prior to your monthly billing date and your account balance is $0, your tier discount (10% or VIP perks) will still apply, but not the 15% membership rate.
- Memberships cannot be billed early.
- After pausing a membership, a 3-month minimum applies before cancelling or pausing again.
- If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us directly.
- Incorrectly disputed charges will result in cancellation, suspension of booking privileges, and repayment of the disputed amount + bank fees.
⭐ Past Due Policy
If your membership payment fails:
- Your account will show a negative balance
- Services cannot be redeemed until the balance is paid
- We allow up to 3 consecutive months of negative balance before the membership is cancelled
- Any remaining balance must be paid before future bookings
⭐ Membership Cancellation & Pause Policies
A minimum of three (3) monthly payments is required before cancellation or pause. Our payment processor requires 7 days notice to cancel a scheduled charge.

Pausing Rules:
You may pause your membership for 3 to 5 months for travel, school, medical leave, or to use existing balance.
Membership resumes automatically at the end of the pause.
⭐ After Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- All membership discounts stop immediately
- Your remaining balance may be used toward full-price services or retail
- Balance must be used within 90 days, after which it expires
- You must have a $0 outstanding balance to re-enroll
