FAQ

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

After 3 months of auto-payments have been completed, you are able to pause or cancel your membership. Please call (734-619-0547) or email frontdesk@bookbeachhaven.com to process your pause/cancellation. You MUST provide at least 7 days notice before the next charge to pause/cancel. Pause for a minimum of 3 months or up to 5 months. 

I can't come in for a while, should I pause or cancel?

When you cancel your membership, all membership credits will expire 90 days from the cancellation date. If you are moving, or will be gone for more than 6 months, canceling is recommended.

When you pause your membership, you keep your membership wallet balance safe in your account during the pause, and you can still use your balance and benefits during the pause period. We recommend this for anyone who will be back within 5 months, or if you just need to catch up on services you accumulated.

I haven't been coming in so I have a lot of money on my account, and I don't plan on using it. Can I get a refund?

All membership payments are non-refundable, but you can use your balance towards any of Beach Haven's services or products, you aren't limited to just your membership service! We promise you'll find something you love!
