Hi! I'm Brittany
In January of 2020, I opened Beach Haven with a passion for bringing confidence to women, and a goal of removing the stigma that can come with hair removal.
After all, receiving hair removal shouldn’t be something to feel ashamed of, but instead, empower you to feel more comfortable in your own skin.
I started visiting salons and spas when I was 16 and was disappointed by the lack of luxury, comfortable options in the area. Asking around, it seemed no one had a place they felt totally confident going to with great results.
Taking matters into my own hands,
I left college to pursue an esthetician license to open up my own spa.
When the spa was closed during Covid, I enrolled in Nursing School with the goal to bring med spa services to Beach Haven, which I did after my graduation in 2023.
When away from the spa, I spend every spare moment as a new mom with my baby boy, James Dean. I'm also planning a wedding, finishing my BSN, and working on expanding Beach Haven. Whew!

Lead Esthetician

Maddie is an expert in all things hair removal and spray tans. She has been with Beach Haven since its first year (2020) and has made thousands of clients happy. Maddie graduated from Douglas J Aveda here in Ann Arbor, obtaining her Esthetician license. She's currently planning a wedding, building her dream home, and raising her two cats and puppy.

Emily started with us as a front desk associate and transitioned to an Esthetician since graduating from Douglas J Aveda in the end of 2021. Emily found her passion for Esthetics while in college and decided to follow that passion after leaving the field of foster care. Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking, rock climbing and spending time with her husband and their two cats. She can't wait to make you feel and look your best!

Morgan graduated from Northwood University in 2021 with a degree in Advertising & Marketing. She joined Beach Haven as an Airbrush Tan Artist in 2020 and transitioned to our full-time Spa Manager in 2022. Finally, she apprenticed under Brittany to become an Esthetician in 2025. On the weekends, you can find Morgan planning her 2026 wedding, cuddling her 3 cats and black lab, cooking, making tea, and organizing her supplements.

Bella brings a deep passion for skincare and boosting confidence to her role. Her journey into esthetics began with her love for enhancing natural beauty, which led her to pursue a career in the field after graduating from Douglas J Aveda. Bella specializes in waxing, facials, chemical peels, and a broad range of esthetic services. She is committed to ensuring every client leaves feeling their absolute best. Outside of the spa, Bella enjoys the outdoors, tending to her plants, reading, and spending quality time with her fur babies.
Katie Wells, RN
Registered Nurse Injector

Katie specializes in neurotoxin, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and skincare. She upholds the Beach Haven philosophy of achieving natural results through full-face balancing and using just enough product to enhance innate beauty. Previously a surgical nurse at Michigan Medicine, Katie enjoys running, hiking, perfecting her sourdough baking skills, reading, gardening, and spending time with her senior rescue cat, Pickles.
