How to Join & Use your Club Haven Membership

To join, just book an appointment with Beach Haven, and let us know at checkout that you’d like to join the membership. That visit will be manually discounted by 20% for joining!

Once your membership is active, just call or book online to make an appointment (ignore the price online, you will not be charged). When you come in for your appointment, we will use your membership credit to pay for that day’s visit — no day-of payment needed!

Terms & Policies

  • Must have 3 successful auto-payments before pausing or canceling membership
  • Must give >12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late canceling will result in a 25% cancellation fee. After 2 late cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. A No-Call-No-Show will forfeit a membership visit.
  • Purchased membership services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you would like to use your credits for other services, you may transfer the amount paid to a gift card and use towards full-price service(s). Contact our front desk to arrange this.
  • After a membership pause resumes, you must wait 3 months before pausing or canceling membership again.
  • 20% off membership discount can not be combined with any other discounts or coupons.
  • Membership may be canceled by Beach Haven due to frequent late payments, cancellations, or no shows.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

After 3 months of auto-payments have been completed, you are able to pause or cancel your membership. Please call (734-619-0547) or email frontdesk@bookbeachhaven.com to process your pause/cancellation. You MUST provide at least 7 days notice before the next charge to pause/cancel. Pause for up to 5 months. 

How do I see how many membership credits I have?

You can view your membership details by going to your account on Mangomint. Search your email for Mangomint, click the email about your membership to find a link to manage your membership. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us.

I won’t be in for a while, should I pause or cancel my membership?

When you cancel your membership, all membership credits will expire 45 days from the cancellation date. If you are moving, or will be gone for more than 6 months, canceling is recommended.

When you pause your membership, you keep all accumulated services safe in your account during the pause, you keep your membership price even if we increase prices during the pause, and you can still use your benefits during the pause period. We recommend this for anyone who will be back within 5 months, or if you just need to catch up on services you accumulated.

Can I give my membership credit to a friend?

You may transfer 1 membership credit every 6 months to a person of your choice. Just let us know who you want to transfer it to and we will take care of the rest!

I have 4 credits, but I move in a month. How can I use those credits since I won’t be able to use them all before I leave?

All membership payments are non-refundable, but we can take the amount you paid towards your credits and put them on a gift card for you to use towards other, full-price services!

What if I want to come in twice a month for my membership service?

If you want to come in twice in one month for your service, the second visit will be eligible for the 10% off additional services perk. Alternatively, you can have two memberships for the same service, being charged 20% off each at the same time. This is recommended if you plan to always use two visits a month.

How do I change my membership payment method?

You can change your payment method by managing your membership through the link in the email, or feel free to call us to change the payment method.
