Membership contract
To join, just book an appointment with Beach Haven and let us know at checkout that you’d like to join the membership. That visit will be manually discounted, if applicable, when joining!
Once your membership is active, just call or book online to make an appointment (ignore the price online, you will not be charged). When you come in for your appointment, we will use your membership balance to pay for that day’s visit — no day-of payment needed!

After 3 months of auto-payments have been completed, you are able to pause or cancel your membership. Please call (734-619-0547) or email frontdesk@bookbeachhaven.com to process your pause/cancellation. You MUST provide at least 7 days notice before the next charge to pause/cancel. Pause for up to 5 months.
You can view your membership details by going to your account on Mangomint. Search your email for Mangomint, click the email about your membership to find a link to manage your membership. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us.
When you cancel your membership, all membership credits will expire 90 days from the cancellation date. If you are moving, or will be gone for more than 6 months, canceling is recommended.
When you pause your membership, you keep your membership wallet balance safe in your account during the pause, and you can still use your benefits during the pause period. We recommend this for anyone who will be back within 5 months, or if you just need to catch up on services you accumulated.

You may transfer 1 membership credit every 6 months to a person of your choice. Just let us know who you want to transfer it to and we will take care of the rest!
All membership payments are non-refundable, but you can use your balance towards any of Beach Haven's services or products, you aren't limited to just your membership service! We promise you'll find something you love!
If you want to come in twice in one month for your service, the second visit will be eligible for the 10% off additional services perk.
You can change your payment method by managing your membership through the link in the email, or feel free to call us to change the payment method.
