Spa Policies
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 12 hours in advance of appointment. Less than 12 hours notice results in a 50% service charge.
No Show Policy: A no-call-no-show will result in a 50% service charge. Frequent no-call-no-shows will result in being blocked from booking at Beach Haven.
Full Body/Lower Body Hair Removal Combo Services Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required to book an appointment and must give 36 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
I'm running late! What's your late policy?
Since our services are only booked out for 15 minutes each, we have a strict 5 minute late policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your appointment start time, you may be subject to the 50% fee and reschedule. If you are running late, please call us ASAP so we can see if we can still take you!
Do you allow visitors and children at appointments?
1-2 visitors are welcome to wait in the lobby while you are in your appointment. Visitors are not permitted inside of the room during the service due to small room size. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to be left unattended.
